I had the guy come out named steve. He was very nice and prompt and on time, both times he had to come out here to charleroi, pa. He was very nice and fast to be in and out. He is not an electrician but he found and fixed the problem with my dishwasher. Really appreciated it.

I was very pleased with service i received from Pro TV. Lowell fixed my washer and even gave me some pointers to improve the efficiency and use of the washer. He was very helpful.

Pro Tv Audio Service recently helped with problems with my Haier washer dryer unit. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly. They fixed my problem on the first visit!! Thank you!!!!

Had to have service on a refrigerator. Still under warranty and called Lowes and they had Pro Tv contact me to set up a service call. The office was very friendly and professional. The technician was Tim and he fixed the problem and was also professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

Eric was our service guy out of the Elkins office. We live in Franklin and he was always here within the allotted window of time given. He had to come here twice to remove and replace several parts for us. he was very polite and informative about the services being performed on our dryer. He was efficient in his work and cleaned up everything after his job was completed. I would recommend this company and employee to my family and friends. My only complaint would be that the telephone customer service representatives really need training about talking to customers and I feel that the appliance needing service should be looked at before ordering parts that are or aren't needed. sees to be a waste of everyone's time not diagnosing the issue(s) first.

Pro TV & Audio Inc recently perform warranty service on my Whirlpool dishwasher. I was very pleased with the speed in which they got the required parts. I work night shift, and they were very willing to schedule around my work schedule to get the work done. My technician, Eric was very respectful of my home. Immediately upon arrival proceeded to remove the old part and install the new one. He explained each step as he was performing it and told me why he was doing it. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them!
